This proves they are dangerous, toxic and harmful to humans...no exceptions. As big pharma always says, vaccines are safe and effective...all lies or they would accept liability. It is bad enough trying to stay healthy considering all the toxic minefields that surround us. Then we have to tangle with a medical system that is one big lie on top of another and another...

For a chance at better health, avoid the medical mafia and all its poisons.

I don't think using the word they is suitable to refer to vaccines. Vaccines are an obscure linguistic usage and it is not grammatically correct to substitute with they since the vaccine means of a cow. It is not a noun so it is incorrect language to use the word they. This might not seem important but i would say it is very important because legally the vaccine is simply not what you are talking about.

Great article. Keep writing, keep sharing. We must take down Big Pharma-Big Medicine. Our children’s lives depend on it.

Thank you for shining a light on this. RFK, jr has started the process, but it's a David vs Goliath battle.

"but we accept mysterious injections from pharma giants with a **decades-long** record of criminal wrongdoing.."

Great stuff.

But, decades - long? No, much longer than that. This slaughtering of humans did not begin in 1986. Go back a couple of centuries. They've been sickening, weakening, deforming (in a zillion ways), slaughtering and even killing/culling since the beginning. That is the goal of "vaccines". Along with huge $'s each and every year. Much more than $billions$ when you factor in that most vaccine 'injured' are lifelong patients.

Since the beginning, they are very good at what they do. Lying.

And 'we' are very good at what we do. Being duped, over and over and over again; in spite of so much objective evidence right in front of our beady little eyes/brains....... since the beginning.

The liability "shield" is void if the manufacturer knew of harms.

The Legal Profession needs a team of patriots to move this forward instead of

maintaining the no liability assertion. There is a huge difference between legal and

lawful. Some of us have known the truth with details for over 35 years, and were not early.

Sheila Wise's avatar

Exactly!

Truth Seeker's avatar

Fully realize this topic is hotly debated, internationally.

Making the strong case that physicians who administer the vaxs and quaxs

have personal liability. That would bring the genocidal charade to a screeching halt.

Also realize the implications for other "meds"

Informed consent?? or Personal liability??

UnExperts Inc.'s avatar

Exactly. It's not just vaccines that weaken, sicken, slaughter & kill humans.

"Meds" do the above x 10 year in / year out.

How many people do all of us know that take no "meds"? Not many.

Same bogus 'trials' as vaccines. Same lies to cover the carnage as vaccines. Etc etc.

KC & the Sunshine's avatar

True but I absolutely believe that the fact that they give 2 vaccines on DAY ONE of life is the main culprit. Then they proceed to vax more and more at 2 months, 4 months, 6 months and on and on.

Unlike most meds, vaccines go directly into the body, bypassing the filters our creator installed. Just as eyelashes and brows protect us from certain things getting into our eye, the liver, kidneys, gall bladder, skin and even stomach acid will typically filter at least SOME of the harms of most meds.

But with vaccines, even the skin can’t filter them. And when the

babies are so

little, and get the STUPID vitamin K (synthetic!) shot which makes the blood tar-thick, makes them

extremely sleepy and can make them unable to latch on and nurse well, it starts them off horribly.

Then they do the stupid HepB shot, even thought they have tested Mom during pregnancy and 99% of the time, Mom’s test negative— in the US, anyway. NO reason to give this heinous vaccine to infants— ever, unless

mom is infected.

Very well laid out to explain the truth about vaccines and how insane this whole scenario is regarding vaccines and how the entire industry is allowed to get away with murder!

I'm reading Vaccines, Amen by Aaron Siri. We've been lied to for decades. If you still think vaccines are safe, or have decreased disease, read this book. Big Pharma needs to be held responsible.

Just a reminder, as you ridicule (?) “suing McDonald’s for their coffee being too hot,” of the story behind that.

A woman in iirc her 70s ordered coffee with her meal from a McDonald’s drive-up and was handed the hot large paper cup of it. In her hand. While driving. She could put the bag on the passenger’s seat but had nowhere to put the coffee (prob before the era of ubiquitous cup holders in cars). There was no insulating jacket nor cup holder tray. She took it, set it between her knees to free up her hands to get out of the way of the other cars in line. And as she tried moving to a safer place, and operated the pedals, the cup top popped off and the scalding coffee saturated her lap, causing very severe burns. Especially for someone older, with thinner/more delicate skin.

McDonald’s was serving scalding hot beverages to people driving cars with zero concern about what happened after the sale.

This was not a frivolous lawsuit, as many like to use it as an example. This was a lawsuit reminding large corporations to think beyond the point of sale.

The same should hold for stab manufacturers, of course. But please don’t perpetuate this meme that that woman’s injury, and lawsuit, was frivolous.

I was unaware. Thank you for sharing.

You're most welcome, Doc. Thank you for taking my comment in the spirit I intended it. You are always generous to your readers/commenters.

Edit: I will note that I have a cautious attitude about tort suits in general. A lot of the case-chaser lawyers and firms are not thinking in a bigger picture. I can't judge that in this case...just that the woman was severely burned by ordering food at a McD's drive up, via a process that was engineered without thought as to this possibility. Thanks.

Danielle Joyce's avatar

The lawsuit was not ridiculed in the article. It was used as a test case. If mcd’s could be sued for selling scalding hot coffee (it was not their fault that cars didn’t have cup holders, nor was it their fault that a customer bought coffee —soda or other beverage for that matter—without a place to put it. I don’t even like mcd’s so I’m not saying that the case didn’t bring about positive change. Sleeves for “paper” cups became popular and car manufacturers made cup holders. Unfortunately, cup lids still have a propensity to pop off. As a nurse, I totally sympathize with the pain and suffering that the burn caused this lady. There were several takeaways from this situation. The point of using this example in the article was that “vaccine” manufacturers are NOT held to the same standard of responsibility that mcd’s was. In fact they are held to NO standard. They continue to develop toxic injections, call it “medicine” and then force it on unwitting people—children being the biggest loosers. They have no voice and those who should know better don’t speak up. Now the tide is turning. People are tired of being lied to. They want the truth and deserve to have a choice. THAT is the point, and many kids, and now adults have been cheated. Big pharma and the “elites”/complicit government officials should have their wealth stripped away from them and given to those who suffer!

Great documentary called Hot Coffee about this tragic case and how it fueled popular support for major corporations to stymie ‘frivolous lawsuits’ in this country, which was great for big corps and terrible for the rest of us.

Baldmichael's avatar

An intelligent person might think twice before putting scalding coffee between their legs and then trying to drive.

Ekoh's avatar

That is true. McDonald’s had been called out on this numerous times prior to that lawsuit. McDonald’s had calculated the temperature needed and the average time customers took to purchase coffee and arrive at their destination so the coffee would be still hot when the customer drank it. Unfortunately, that high temperature caused others to be injured as well prior to that lawsuit. The judge concluded that McDonald’s had fair warning to lower the temperature to avoid burns but refused to do so and so lost that lawsuit.

Nelson Miller's avatar

She wasn’t driving, she was the passenger in the car, and the coffee burned her so badly that she had to get skin grafts.

Also, McDonalds knew that there coffee was kept at such a high temperature that it would seriously harm people, AND that it did not need to be that hot, AND they decided to keep it that hot anyway.

Sheila Wise's avatar

Now they serve piss-warm coffee! It's not even worth buying anymore!

George94's avatar

I don't think it is an accurate comparison. The coffee was the product and the problem with it was that it was too hot for the situation. Vaccine on the other hand was not the product. This is a grammatical error and confusion. It might be like bringing up that the coffee was decaf and arguing that deacaf had no bearing on the temperature of the coffee and the suitability of the packaging for the situation. The decaf process is about removing caffeine from the coffee and the safety of this is due to caffeine being a central nervous system (CNS) stimulant Vaccine might be likened to this since vaccine refers to the use of cowpox instead of smallpox virus. If the claim was made that the decaf was burning someone then it might be argued that the decaf was not the problem and that this case was harming the reputation of decaf unfairly. The problem would apply to hot beverages in general such as tea also or hot chocolate and has nothing to do with decafeination which remains safe. Legally it would be important to distinguish between the process of decaffeination and a decaffeinated product since one method of decaffeination might not be safe whist decaffeination in principal is safe. With vaccination it is presumably this principle that is at stake and the error is in confusing this with a specifc product. It was not hot beverages in general but a Mcdonalds drive thru coffee where decaffeination was not the issue. The 'antivaxxers' have been led into a sandbox where they are discussing the merits of "the vaccine" rather than the "MMR" product from GSK etc.

I have been saying this for years and no one says anything It’s time to change the license to kill Laws and no liability is unacceptable today Someone with a voice has to get the world behind them to change this and their are more parents around the world than there are in Government that would demand this

It beggars belief that such legal immunity was granted in the first place. It's quite clear that moral compasses were globally disabled over recent years by humanoid entities.

Very good, short and to the point. An item to work into it might be that the VICP payouts are the origin of the famous so safe only 1 in a million doses is there a serious adverse event - and they are happy to let you believe that is limited to Anaphylaxis.

People are shocked to hear that the 1 in a million is the approximate 10,000 ACIP awards since 1988 divided by the billions of doses given since then. Especially when people assume all serious injuries are reported but they are not, not even close. By the ACIP’s own info, only 20-30% of reported injuries are flagged for ACIP to review, and of those only 20-30% get put forward for a hearing, and of those 30% get an award. So of all reported injuries only 1-3% get an award. 100 —> 25 —> 6 —> 1/3

And this is on top of Harvard concluding perhaps less than 1% of serious adverse events are reported. So instead of one per million for serious injuries it could be 1 per 100 - 300 shots given. Of course this number reflects approximately 50% of kids under 18 suffering from chronic disease. But even if you went with the theory all injuries are reported then even by the ACIP’s 1-3% payout record it’s one per 10-30k. These numbers are in a different universe than the 1 in a million we’ve had hammered into our heads.

My friend, a physician who finally stood up to her state after discovering the truth, tells a story of her shock when she arrived at the courthouse for the hearing when she spoke, having discovered a second holding room was necessary for citizen speakers. It wasn't just the number of affected parents who were fighting the legislation. It was that all of their kids were in wheelchairs so they needed more room.
